New hope for the endangered Baltic cod

There is hope for the endangered Baltic cod – at least in the Åland Sea. New scientific evidence shows that cod can feed in lower salinity than previously known. This opens up previously unknown nurseries for the Baltic Sea’s most important predatory fish.
No cod gets as big and healthy as the mythical – Åland cod!
