From eel coast to seaweed coast

Outside the southern part of Kivik’s harbor in Skåne, Sweden’s first non-profit marine allotment is bobbing in the water. “We don’t need watering here,” says Jan Nilsson, who is one of the driving forces behind it.

An allotment that needs neither watering nor fertilizing. The blue food of the future.
