Lena Scherman

Lena Scherman has worked at Swedish Television for 25 years. She has produced both feature-length documentaries and news reports, and has reported from over 60 countries.

Since 2011, she was the driving force behind one of SVT’s current affairs programs, “Korrespondenterna” (The Correspondents), where she worked as a host and reporter. Among the many topics she has covered are the death of corals in the Philippines, the crisis experienced by the local fishing industry in depleted waters off the coast of Tanzania, and seal hunting in Greenland.
