V\u00e4derfenomenet El Ni\u00f1o v\u00e4xer sig starkare p\u00e5 grund av klimatf\u00f6r\u00e4ndringarna, enligt en ny studie.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

El Ni\u00f1o-h\u00e4ndelserna \u00e4r omkring 36 procent kraftigare \u00e4n de var f\u00f6re industrialiseringen. Och den utvecklingen har accelererat de senaste fyra \u00e5rtiondena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Detta enligt den nya studien, som publicerades p\u00e5 torsdagen i den vetenskapliga tidskriften Science.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Forskningsresultaten kommer samtidigt som \u00e5rets El Ni\u00f1o de kommande m\u00e5naderna sp\u00e5s bli den kraftigaste som hittills uppm\u00e4tts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Ni\u00f1o, som i genomsnitt intr\u00e4ffar vartannat till vart sjunde \u00e5r, v\u00e4rmer upp ytvattnet i de \u00f6stra delarna av Stilla havet. Det inneb\u00e4r fler extrema v\u00e4derh\u00e4ndelser, ofta med torka p\u00e5 vissa h\u00e5ll i v\u00e4rlden och \u00f6versv\u00e4mningar p\u00e5 andra platser.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
